Guide

Build a fictional character profile with a strength, its cost, a contradiction, dialogue cues, and pressure-test scenes.

Give a strength a context-dependent cost

Loyalty can hold a team together or keep someone defending a harmful choice. Observation can reveal a clue or become a way to avoid acting. The same trait should help in one scene and hurt in another. This gives you behavior to write rather than a list of flattering adjectives.

Separate the visible goal from the fear beneath it

The visible goal gives the character something to do: recover a letter, win a role, repair a home. The fear explains why the task feels personal. Use a specific relationship or loss in the fear field, then test how it changes decisions under pressure.

Build an arc from repeated decisions

A growth arc changes a coping strategy. A steadfast arc tests a value while the character adapts their methods. A fall arc turns small exceptions into damaging choices. None requires a speech explaining the lesson; show the character making a different choice when a familiar pressure returns.

Avoid treating identity as a personality shortcut

Culture, disability, age, and background deserve specific research and individual characterization. This generator does not infer behavior from demographic traits or diagnose mental health. Use its fictional scaffolds to ask better questions, then supply the lived details responsibly.

How the result is made

Each selected trait maps to a strength, a possible cost, an observable habit, and a voice seed. Your goal, fear, value, and relationship anchor the contradiction and a growth, steadfast, or fall outline. This is a deterministic, browser-local guided generator, not a language model. Identical inputs and variation number reproduce the same draft. No model inference, fact checking, originality clearance, or performance prediction is performed. Review and edit before use.
